We welcome back a new Christmas roast of the Polar Bear. The blend consists of 50% Columbian Huilas, 25% Ethiopian Sidamo, 25% Costa Rica San Francisco and gives gorgeous chocolate orange and toffee notes with a golden syrup finish. We love this brewed by a drip filter but you can happily brew by French Press or Espresso. We'll grind it for you if you don't have a grinder.
